‘LiL DiLL‘ MEMBERSHIP
[EVENINGS & WEEKENDS] – facility access (Mon-Fri | 4 PM – 11 PM | Sat-Sun 6 AM – 11 PM)
Designed for the working warriors and serious pickleballers — you know who you are! This membership gives you prime-time access so you can hit the courts after work and on weekends.
‘GENERAL‘ MEMBERSHIP

With this membership, you get full access to our facility and everything it has to offer — the best part? It’s a month-to-month option with zero long-term commitment. Play when it works for you, skip when it doesn’t — no strings, no pressure, just pickleball on your terms!
‘DAYTIME‘ MEMBERSHIP
[WEEKDAY] – facility access (Mon-Fri | 11 AM – 4 PM)
For those with flexible schedules or anyone who enjoys a midday break on the court, our new Daytime Membership is for you! This membership option provides full access to book courts during our off-peak hours.
GENERAL INFORMATION
- 2-hour (back-2-back) booking limit.
- ALL MEMBERS are responsible for ‘GUESTS’ and to ensure the ‘GUESTS’ acknowledge and follow club rules and policies.
- Guest Policy: Guests must have an active Guest Membership account in Court Reserve with BURLINGTON PiCKLEBALL.
- Guests can only play with an active member as a plus 1 (one) in Book-a-Court or ‘MAY‘ register to scheduled EVENTS & LEAGUES.
To keep costs down, the facility may be booked up to 12 weekends a year for non-member tournaments. Entry fees will be discounted for members.
MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS & ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- ‘BiG DiLL’, ‘LiL DiLL’ and DAYTiME (annual) memberships are PAID in advance and run for 12 months.
- *Membership Holds: Annual (pre-paid) memberships can be placed on hold for up to 3 months at no additional cost. Annual (monthly) memberships may be paused at $74.99/monthly fee.
- Refunds/Cancelations/Transfers: No REFUNDS, CANCELATIONS or TRANSFERS of any membership — exceptions may apply to limited FOUNDING MEMBERS membership or necessary review.
REGISTRATION FEE
This ‘one-time fee’ helps to cover administrative expenses, facility sign-up process, maintenance, and onboarding services; issuing keycards, supports future upgrades and improvements to the facility and most importantly it plays an important role in keeping the cost of the memberships at low price.
CANCELATION POLICY
EVENTS only — if you cancel within the 24-hour window, you will be charged a full cost of the booking. If you cancel before the deadline, you will receive a full credit. Purchases for clinics, leagues, and tournaments are generally non-refundable.
WAIVER & GUEST POLICY
All active members & guests must read and acknowledge the waiver policy — in Court Reserve. ALL members are responsible for their guests and follow club rules.
FEES
Advertised fees do not include HST.
Booking fees for book-a-court, events, drop-ins are subject to change.
