GENERAL INFORMATION
- ALL MEMBERS are responsible for ‘GUESTS’ and to ensure the ‘GUESTS’ acknowledge and follow club rules and policies.
- Guest Policy: Guests must have an active Guest Membership account in Court Reserve with BURLINGTON PiCKLEBALL.
- Guests can only play with an active member as a plus 1 (one) in Book-a-Court or ‘MAY‘ register to scheduled EVENTS & LEAGUES.
To keep costs down, the facility may be booked up to 12 weekends a year for non-member tournaments. Entry fees will be discounted for members.
- 2-hour (back-2-back) booking limit.
MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS & ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- ‘BiG DiLL’ and ‘LiL DiLL’ (annual) memberships are PAID in advance and run for 12 months.
- *Membership Holds: Annual (pre-paid) memberships can be placed on hold for up to 3 months at no additional cost. Annual (monthly) memberships may be paused at $74.99/monthly fee.
- Refunds/Cancelations/Transfers: No REFUNDS, CANCELATIONS or TRANSFERS of any membership — exceptions may apply to limited FOUNDING MEMBERS membership or necessary review.
REGISTRATION FEE
This ‘one-time fee’ helps to cover administrative expenses, facility sign-up process, maintenance, and onboarding services; issuing keycards, supports future upgrades and improvements to the facility and most importantly it plays an important role in keeping the cost of the memberships at low price.
| CANCELATION / RESCHEDULE POLICY |
EVENTS only — if you cancel/reschedule the event within the 24-hour window of the event, you will be charged a full cost of the booking. If you cancel/reschedule before the deadline, you will receive a full credit — no exceptions. Purchases for clinics, leagues, and tournaments are generally non-refundable.
Memberships: 12-month memberships are a fixed-term commitment and cannot be cancelled once activated. Members remain responsible for the full term of the agreement.
WAIVER & GUEST POLICY
All active members & guests must read and acknowledge the waiver policy — in Court Reserve. ALL members are responsible for their guests and follow club rules.
FEES
Advertised fees do not include HST.
Booking fees for book-a-court, events, drop-ins are subject to change.
