Choose a membership and register through CourtReserve.
How long is an annual membership?
12 months. Activated annual memberships are fixed-term commitments; the full term remains payable.
Can I pause my membership?
Prepaid annual memberships: up to three months free. Annual memberships paid monthly: $74.99 per month while paused.
Can I cancel, transfer or get a refund?
Generally, no. Limited Founding Member exceptions or individual review may apply. Contact the club.
Can I bring a guest?
Guests need an active CourtReserve Guest Membership. They can join an active member as a plus-one for 'free' Book-a-Court session.
Do we need waivers?
Members and guests must acknowledge the CourtReserve waiver. Members are responsible for their guests following club rules.
How long can I book?
Back-to-back bookings are limited to two hours.
What if I cancel an event?
Cancel or reschedule before the 24-hour deadline for full credit. Within 24 hours, the full booking cost applies. No exceptions.
Are clinics, leagues and tournaments refundable?
Purchases are generally non-refundable.
Are taxes and fees included?
HST and service charges are additional. Booking fees may change. The one-time registration fee supports onboarding, administration and facility upkeep.
